二、本校有意申請者請於115年2月3日(二)中午12時前依簡章第七點備妥申請文件正本一式三份交至國際處，並掃描成一個PDF檔寄至承辦人信箱(交流組徐浩程：607194@o365.tku.edu.tw )，俾便本處彙整。紙本及電子檔皆須依簡章第七點排序，逾期或文件有誤恕不受理。請勿逕行將文件寄至教育部。

Subject: Ministry of Education 2026 Short-term Study/Research Scholarship at Czech Higher Education Institutions
I. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Directive No. 1152500105 dated January 21, 2026, the Czech Economic and Cultural Office’s official letter No. 1829-2 dated December 5, 2025, and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Prague’s official letter No. 11542200030 dated January 6, 2026.
II. Applicants who intend to apply are requested to prepare three sets of the application documents in accordance with Item 7 of the Application Guidelines and submit them to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs by 12:00 p.m., February 3, 2026. Applicants must also scan all documents into a single PDF file and email it to the contact person (International and Cross-Strait Exchange Section, Danny Hsu: 607194@o365.tku.edu.tw ) for consolidation. Both hard copies and the electronic file must be arranged in the order specified in Item 7 of the Guidelines. Late submissions or applications with incomplete or incorrect documents will not be accepted. Please do not submit application materials directly to the Ministry of Education.
